DESCRIPTION
At 3-4 months of seasoning it has a slightly savory taste, with a compact and elastic dough, of cream color. Subsequently, at 10-12 months the dough becomes brittle, straw-yellow in color, with sparse holes; the taste is firm, with a fragrant aroma.
INGREDIENTS
Sheep’s milk, salt, lamb rennet. Contains lactose. Without added preservatives. Crust treated at intervals of approximately 60 days with Extra-virgin Olive Oil.
