Essentia receives the coveted award during the Excellence Taste of Sud, the event created to promote and enhance the food and wine heritage and excellence of the Puglia Region.
The event, promoted and organized by Excellence Magazine and carried out in collaboration with the Puglia Region and Puglia Promozione, inaugurated its first edition with a rich program of events and meetings that took place on Sunday 19 and Monday 20 May at the new Congress Center of the Bari International Airport.
A space dedicated to all the operators of the food and wine, catering and hospitality sectors of Puglia, where interpreters and protagonists have come into contact to weave working and collaborative relationships, in a climate of sharing and constructive confrontation in which moments of formation and tasting.
Thus the award to Essentia Srl arrived, which stood out for its peculiar activity, which goes beyond the mere commercial activity, but focuses on a tireless search and selection of the best Apulian food and wine producers, to include them in their own valorisation circuit and promotion.
